Return Window
We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

with all tags attached

Returns must be approved before being sent back.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

the wrong item was received

the product contains a manufacturing defect
Products Fulfilled by Third-Party Partners
Some products are produced and shipped by third-party fulfillment partners.
For these products:

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos and your order number so we can evaluate the issue and provide a solution.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item or size, please place a new order after your return request has been approved.
European Union – Right of Withdrawal
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
To exercise this right, the returned items must meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
